• Your email address, if you ask to receive updates about our services.
• Anything you tell us when you phone or email us, or when we talk during a demo or consultation.
• Basic technical information when you visit the website, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view. This is collected by our website host to deliver the site securely and to produce anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, special category data such as health information.

How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange a call, demo or consultation;
• provide our services if you become a client, and manage our relationship with you;
• send you updates about our services, where you have asked us to;

Our consultation form and our email updates sign up currently open your own email program, so your details are sent to us by email and are held in our email account. If this changes, we will update this policy.

Who we share your information with

We only share your personal data with trusted service providers who help us run our business and website, and only as far as they need it. These include:

• Framer B.V., which hosts our website and provides privacy friendly, cookie free visitor statistics.
• Our email provider, which stores the emails you send us.
• Google, which provides the fonts used on the website and the map on our contact page.
• Microsoft, which provides the interactive Power BI dashboards on our demo pages.
• Professional advisers such as our accountant, where needed.

We may also disclose information where the law requires us to, for example to a regulator or the Gardaí.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under EU law, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission, including the EU US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
